It was an eventful day during the June school holidays as Microsoft Singapore and us hosted 13 children from EduGrow for Brighter Tomorrows. The children learnt to code for the first time using Microsoft MakeCode and micro:bit.

We aim to raise the awareness that learning to code is important for our next generation and should be accessible to every child. The workshop concluded with a tour of Microsoft’s office, which helped the children realise the world of possible aspirations. Do reach out to Edugrow if you would like to do your bit for charity too.

A BIG thank you to the team at Microsoft Singapore, Eric Wong and Lorraine Tang for making this possible. Read more about this on Microsoft College Connect.
